iOS / Android アプリ「ぷくぱく」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。
本アプリにアカウント登録はなく、氏名やメールアドレスなどの個人情報を入力する場面もありません。遊ぶこと自体に通信は使いません。
本アプリは、広告の表示に Google LLC の広告配信サービス「AdMob」を使用しています。画面上部に表示されるバナー広告と、数回遊ぶごとに表示される全画面広告があります。広告の配信と計測のため、Google が次のような情報を自動的に取得することがあります。
これらは、広告の配信、表示頻度の管理、成果の計測、不正利用の防止のために使われます。開発者がこれらの情報を直接取得・保存することはありません。

iOS では、初回起動時に iOS の仕組みによるトラッキング許可の確認を表示します。「App にトラッキングしないように要求」を選んでも、パーソナライズされない広告が表示されるだけで、遊べる内容は一切変わりません。この設定は iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。Android では、端末の「設定 → Google → 広告」から広告のパーソナライズを制限できます。
お住まいの地域の法令にもとづき、初回起動時に広告のための同意を求める画面（Google の User Messaging Platform）を表示します。同意しない場合、パーソナライズされない限定的な広告だけが表示されるか、広告が表示されないことがあります。どちらでも遊べる内容は変わりません。この選択は「せってい」の「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変えられます。同意した場合、Google と、画面に表示される広告パートナーが、上記の情報を広告の配信と計測に使います。
App 内課金「広告を消す」を購入すると、広告は表示されなくなります。購入済みの端末では広告 SDK の初期化そのものを行いません。遊べる内容に差はありません。
決済はすべて Apple の App Store または Google Play を通じて処理されます。本アプリがクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。本アプリが保存するのは「広告を消すを購入済みかどうか」だけで、これは端末内にのみ保存されます。
「ランキング」から名前を決めて参加すると、次の情報が開発者のサーバー（Cloudflare, Inc. の Workers と D1）に送られ、表示名と点数は他の利用者にも表示されます。参加しなければ何も送られません。
これらはオンラインランキングの表示と、ランキング上位の表示名・点数・クジラの数を本アプリの公式 SNS（X など）で紹介することにだけ使い、分析や広告配信、第三者への提供には使いません。紹介を望まない場合は第 8 項の連絡先までご連絡ください。以後は紹介せず、紹介した投稿も削除します。ランキングの行は、あなたが名前を変えるか点数を更新するまで残ります。削除を希望する場合は第 8 項の連絡先までご連絡ください。表示名とユーザー ID をお知らせいただければ削除します。ユーザー ID はアプリのランキング画面の「名前を変える」で確認できます。
Cloudflare における情報の取り扱い: Cloudflare Privacy Policy
次の情報は端末内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません（オンラインランキングに参加したときの第 3 項の情報を除く）。アプリを削除すると消えます。
第 1 項の広告配信に伴って Google が情報を取得する場合と、第 3 項でランキングに表示する場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。開発者は、利用者の個人情報を保有していません。
本アプリは年齢を問わず遊べます。個人情報の入力を求めることはありません。オンラインランキングに参加するときは、本名や個人が特定できる名前を使わないでください。13 歳未満のお子様が利用する場合は、保護者の方も本ポリシーの内容をご確認ください。表示される広告は、AdMob の設定で「G（全年齢向け）」に限定しています。
本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能の追加に応じて改定することがあります。変更した場合は本ページでお知らせします。

This policy describes how the iOS / Android app "PukuPaku" (the "App") handles your information.
The App has no account system and never asks for your name, e-mail address or other personal information. Playing the game itself uses no network.
The App shows ads through Google LLC's AdMob service: a banner at the top of the screen and a full-screen ad every few games. To serve and measure ads, Google may automatically collect information such as:
This information is used to serve ads, manage frequency, measure results and prevent abuse. The developer does not receive or store it.
On iOS, the App shows the system tracking permission prompt on first launch. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you will see non-personalized ads instead, and the game is exactly the same. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can limit ad personalization in Settings → Google → Ads.
As required by local law, the App shows a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) on first launch. If you do not consent, you will see only limited, non-personalized ads, or no ads at all; the game is the same either way. You can change your choice at any time from "Ad privacy settings" in the App's Settings. If you consent, Google and the ad partners listed in the form use the information above to serve and measure ads.
After the "Remove ads" in-app purchase, no ads are shown and the ads SDK is not even initialized on that device. The game is otherwise identical.
All payments are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. The App never receives payment details such as card numbers. The App stores only whether "Remove ads" has been purchased, and only on the device.
If you choose a display name and join the ranking, the following is sent to the developer's server (Cloudflare, Inc.'s Workers and D1), and your display name and score are shown to other players. Nothing is sent unless you join.
This is used only to show the ranking and to feature the top players' display names, scores and whale counts on the App's official social media (such as X), never for analytics, ad delivery or sharing with third parties. If you do not want to be featured, contact us (section 8); we will stop featuring you and delete posts that did. Your row stays until you change your name or beat your score. To have it deleted, contact us (section 8) with your display name and user ID. Your user ID is shown on the ranking screen under "Change name".

The following is stored only on the device and never sent anywhere (except what section 3 describes if you join the ranking). Deleting the App deletes it.
Apart from Google collecting information for ad serving (section 1) and the ranking display (section 3), the developer shares no user information with anyone. The developer holds no personal information about you.
The App can be played by all ages and never asks for personal information. When joining the ranking, please do not use your real name or anything that identifies you. If a child under 13 uses the App, we ask a parent or guardian to read this policy as well. Ads are limited to the "G" (general audiences) rating in AdMob.
This policy may be updated when laws change or features are added. Changes will be announced on this page.
